For all the women who have said: "I wish Girls Rock Camp was around when I was a kid!"

A one-of-a-kind, three-day musical adventure, Ladies Rock Camp brings together women from different walks of life and all levels of musical experience. In one weekend, you get instrument instruction, songwriting lessons, band practice, workshops, and the opportunity to network with other lady rockers from the Twin Cities — all culminating in a showcase concert of original music that YOUR band wrote at a local music venue. It's a weekend of bonding, getting out of your comfort zone, expanding your horizons and having a TON OF FUN in a safe and supportive environment.

If you've ever wanted to be in a band, if you've always wanted to learn an instrument or improve the skills you already have, if you'd like to have fun being creative with other women, then Ladies Rock Camp is for you. You will attend workshops related to being a lady rocker and guest artists will perform for you and answer your questions about the music business. Form a band, write a song, and put on a concert- in just three days!

All the female teachers at LRC are professional, gigging musicians from the local Twin Cities music scene. Coming from a variety of different rock, pop and alternative bands, these teachers have years of playing and teaching experience, as well as many stories to share about being a lady rocker.

People walk, bike and dance for good causes... why not ROCK for one?!?! All proceeds from Ladies Rock Camp support She Rock She Rock and strengthen the sustainability of the organization's programs.
